Posture
A couple of days ago, my mum took me to physiotherapy to get and assessment and advice on my posture. After assessing me, he said that my posture is bad, but fixable. He said that my right hip was elevated and that my right shoulder was drooped down. However, he said that I have good flexibility, and with constant effort and a little bit of exercise, fixing would not be that hard.
So from now on, I have to constantly correct myself when I catch myself with bad posture. He said to stand/sit as if there was a string pulling my head up. I also have to go swimming two times a week, and after June, I have to go to the gym and start working out.
Constantly sitting properly and standing properly is really tiring sometimes, but I understand that I should constantly do it. As for the swimming and working out, I don't mind going and doing that. Again, really tiring and bothersome, but still I understand that I need to and should do it.
Swimming is good exercise for this, since you can't really hurt yourself while swimming, it trains balance and core strength evenly, and because you need to use every part of your body. And since I learnt how to swim from a young age, swimming by myself is no problem.
