Starting senior year

The new year starts and I soon start school again. The one thing I'm looking forward to are the subjects, since this time there isn't really anything that i don't wanna do, except for English. Everything else I picked freely and look forward to doing, unlike last year.

The subjects I look forward to the most is SDD(Software Design/Development) and Japanese. I look forward to SDD because programming is actually quite fun, and because there isn't really a bad SSD teacher. I look forward to Japanese because the old and really bad teacher just up and disappeared and now we have a not-so-bad teacher, that'll actually teach us correct things.

Both of these subjects I have some experience in, and make for a smooth transition into them, the only worrying thing are the classes. I'm sure for SDD it won't be so bad, but last year there were only a handful of people who tried in class, so who knows how well it'll go now, but I can say for sure that there are a lot of people that chose SDD blindly. Japanese is going to be a lot worse. Most of the people who picked Japanese are weeaboos. Don't get me wrong, I'm a weeaboo as well, but I understand that that kind of 'culture' is kind of frowned upon, so I usually don't talk about it outside my friend group, and even then I talk about it rarely. But these guys, they're super cringy, so it might be a pain to be in the class.

My sister did tell me that the teach might not teach well for Japanese, but that doesn't really matter to me. If he doesn't teach properly, I'll learn off the textbook and ask him any questions that I have, so that I can still progress.

All in all, I'm looking forward to it.

  1. You have dad who always ready for helping anything about software, and sister specialised in Japanese.
