I was just playing games with my friends, and I noticed that I apparently missed a question in the math test. It was on the very last page of the test, on its own, and I accidentally missed it. I was pretty confident that I got 100%, but I guess not. I tried to figure it out just then, but the question seems a little off and not possible to solve, so I'm going to bank on that and hope it gets discounted or something.
Yeah okay I just solved the question. The question was: "find all values of m in y=mx-12, that touch the parabola y=2x^2 - x - 10". I used the discriminant and stuff and figured out that m = 3, -5. This time I'm going to bank on the fact that I got everything else right and hope for a 97%.
I don't understand how I missed this last question. I even read the question on the reading time and wondered how I was going to solve it. The main thing that threw me off was that that question was on a page on its own and the question before it perfectly reached the end of the page beforehand.
